About Us

Fresh Choice Kitchens (formerly the Vancouver Community Kitchen Project)  is an educational and informational resource centre for cooking and nutritional skill building programs across British Columbia.    Our aim is to support individuals and community groups who want to run a community kitchen in BC.   We create and collect educational tools and share them through our workshops, in print and on our website.  Visit our website for more information on our services.
